After much searching, I decided to try the See Kai Run brand for my 18 month old. We tried other shoes that were just too bulky which caused him to trip a lot. We bought a size 6 which were a bit big at first but he quickly grew into them. It's now 6 months later and we are buying a size 7. I love the way they fit his feet and are so easy to walk in. The quality is great. We bought two pair in size 6 and they both held up for 6 months until it was time to go up in size. Of course they look worn and are dirty but they are still very wearable. I am definitely now a loyal See Kai Run customer! These are good little shoes for my son’s wide feet and this is the brand that I get the least complaints about being tight. The canvas material doesn’t hold up very well and the soles separate from the shoes after about a month of constant use, but I keep buying them because he likes them.I purchased these shoes for my boy who liked to drag his toes along the ground when he rode his bike. I needed a pair of shoes that would hold up against the dragging damage and last more than a day or two. These shoes lasted MONTHS! They actually lasted until he grew out of that size shoe and they are in the bin to be passed along to the next kiddo. These shoes were well built and the velcro didn't give out like they do on some shoes. The toes held up to the toe dragging abuse and despite being worn daily for months these shoes are still in great shape for the next kid!Like the fit for my boy...big, wide toe-box for athletic 6yr old. Made well, durable for outside school play, holds up well to multiple washes without fade. Dry on a boot warmer instead of dryer as this shoe has a rubber sole, glued together without looking cheap.Velcro straps are tough, did not fray like most other brand shoes. Bought a second pair because I liked the style. It’s on trend with Amazon Brand kids clothes—color coordinates well, i.e., Spotted Zebra. He looks sharp, well put together at school without looking pretentiously dressed.Great shoes! Bought size 11 for my 4.5 year old who's feet are slightly wide. We've had him try on shoes at stores such as Nike, Adidas, Saucony, etc and he always says they feel too tight. Even though we have his foot size tested. So a friend recommended this brand for wider feet. They are great shoes and very easy for him to put on. They are also very durable. My son is rough with his shoes and usually uses his shoes as a break when on his scooter or bike. The picture attached shows the shoes after 2-3 months of daily wear. A bit scuffed but holding up just fine. My son loves them as well and says they are very comfortable. I think we will stick with this brand! These shoes are wonderful for developing feet. My 19 month old is able to run and walk in these very well. They fit true to size and are nice and light for running around. However, the canvas gets dirty very easily and I am not sure how well they will wash up - I worry the canvas will get misshapen in the wash. In comparison to Plae shoes which we normally purchase, I would say that these are lighter on the foot, but harder to keep clean.I picked these because of the big toe box and wider-than-expected fit.My son wears orthotics. Finding a shoe that looks good and fits the inserts is usually pretty hard. These fit him and his orthotics perfectly. He likes them and is more likely to continue to wear them, even though we’re inside most of the time currently. His physical therapist recommended them to us. We love themUpdated review: I had to take off two stars from my original 5 star review :( See Kai Run are great shoes, but this time after only two months part of the sole came loose, from the bottom of the shoe by the toe (I added a photo). My son loves them and they keep him well supported. The last time we bought them they seemed well-made so we purchased them again. We first bought a pair of See Kai Run shoes as his first shoes when he first started walking and they held up nicely. Unfortunately these shoes are not the best for a pretty active kid, they just didn't hold up this time. Perhaps they changed the material they used since the last time we had a pair. Not sure. I am pretty disappointed. I will be contacting the company about it.Están bien hecho, no sé a quién le gustaron mas: si a mi niño o a mi.Él tiene 2 años y 4 meses, la talla 8 americana le aprieta y le compré talla 9.5. Le queda un poco grande, pero no se tropieza, camina bien. A propósito lo compré grande para que le duren.Esta marca me gusta mucho, porque son durables y además son anchos (mis hijos tienen pies gorditos)
