I live in Colorado and the winters here can get fridged cold. I usualy wear base clothing under my pants and shirt during those times and while wearing base bottoms getting these jeans off was a chore. The lining would stick to the base clothing and came out of the pants. The lining needs to be anchored along the length of the legs so this does not happen. The lining went back in after pants removed and appear to be attached on the bottom and top only. Without the base clothing these pants performed perfectly though so these will be for the less colder days.Wore them once to ride my motorcycle in cold weather. They kept me warm. The jeans are just a bit long but otherwise they are great jeansAs you can see, my son has a very thin frame. These pants were the only pants that will fit him and they are a high quality and a good price.It too early in winter, but they fit well and seem heavy.
