The size fit my boyfriend just right. I got this for him as a Valentine's Day gift, and he was just thrilled. It did however take about almost a month to get here(which sucked but not that big of deal.) I will say that it was very easy to sew patches on.So if you're looking for a cool "rocker" gift where you can display what bands you like, this is it for you!The vest has inside pockets to store phone iPad and keys also use as CCWReally nice, but about 1/2 size smaller than expected. Still VERY NICE!Finally, after going through so many looking for the perfect fit and look, this trucker vest has it. I am reliably an XL for shirts and coats, but I wanted this vest for a cosplay project that required it to be on the larger size. Between that and some of the reviews mentioning that it was snug, I ordered it in XXL (the largest available size), hoping this would be large enough. The vest I received is pretty solidly what I would call an XL, so it fits me alright but it will be more snug than desired for the project I bought it for. If it came in a larger size I would not hesitate to return it for a 3XL. The tag reads XXL, presumably according to Asian sizing, so what bothers me the most about this purchase is the way it is described by Amazon as 'True to size, order usual size' despite clearly needing to be ordered at least one size up, and being sold according to Asian sizing without this being made particularly clear anywhere, on Amazon's supposedly UK-focused site. Before ordering I measured myself according to the provided size chart, but the measurements provided there seem to be categorically false.As said above, the style and quality of the vest itself seem very good. It's the gross uncertainty over trying to find the correct size, as with the overwhelming majority of my clothes shopping experiences on Amazon.co.uk over the past several years, that make the experience very frustrating.This is a very nice item. The material is tough yet comfortable. For the price it’s worth it. Just need to adorn it with patches and badges to make the company Heavy Metal Battle Jacket! I bought a size medium and it fits with enough give. Not tight at all. My chest measurements are between 38-40 inches (which is a size medium), and what I would suggest is that if you are a medium size with those measurements then buy a size medium. Previously before ordering I inquired about the size medium and how it fitted. Most people in other reviews have stated that these denims are on the tight and small size and therefore you should order a size up. Thankfully I ignored those suggestions and simply measured myself and went for a medium size. My advice is that you measure your chest and then order accordingly.After reading some of the reviews I was slightly dubious about getting one. I'm a 46 inch chest with big back, naturally I'd get an XL jacket, so went a size up to XXL. Fits as expected, quality is great for the prize. It's all black stitching too, which I'm glad about because the picture shows it a bit lighter! Better start getting my sabbath patches on, rock on man. Rock on.Well made and finished. Tough and durable. Fit (XL) as expected. Highly recommend.The product is great. It was a present for my son and he loves it. Thank you.
